Payment Policy
No goods will be shipped until all payment has been cleared in our bank account. 

Delivery Time
When you place an order with rainwise.net.au, we provide and estimated shipping and delivery time based on the availability of your merchandise and the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form.

Flat Rate & Per Item Shipping
Both shipping methods use "TNT Couriers" and are normally 1-2 days delivery within the Sydney area. rainwise.net.au takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damage goods while in transit with TNT Couriers. rainwise.net.au may change without notice TNT Couriers pricing to come into line with any price increase Couriers may inform us of. You can specify your Courier for pickups in the "Shipping Comments Section" when purchasing from the rainwise.net.au

Parcel Post

Express Post

Returns Policy
All product returns must be as purchase new condition. All products returned must include all components of the original delivery, including manuals, leads, plugs etc. Any product returned without the full complement of parts that was originally supplied with your order may be returned to you at your charge. 

The cost of returning goods to RainWise AU is the responsibility of the customer, we advise that you use a company that will provide you insurance for the goods and also give you tracing information for your parcel. 

RainWise AU reserves the right not to accept any returned goods not meeting the above criteria. 

If your product is found not to be defective RainWise AU will charge the client for the return of the goods. RainWise AU will not release the goods until payment is made. 

Any goods outside warranty period returned for service will incur charges based on our current workshop hourly rate. 

IF our goods arrive to you in poor or damaged condition we suggest that you either refuse delivery or ensure that it is noted with the courier the damage incurred & if possible photos taken of the damage goods. If you the purchaser does decide to receive goods that are damaged and have noted it with the courier please call or email RainWise immediately and notify us of the same information. Claims must be lodged within 24 hours of receiving goods by telephone or email. 

Software cannot be returned. If your CD is faulty on arrival notify RainWise AU immediately.
